Colossians 1:5 Your faith and love continue because you know what is waiting for you in Heaven- the hope you have had since you first heard the true message, the Good News.
    You will be tested in your faith each and every day. Some days will be harder than others, but never give up. God has put these obstacles in your life for a reason; He knows you can do this. Each test is a learning experience for you. Each time you are tested in your faith, you grow. Always remember what you have waiting for you in Heaven. Stay Strong.

So many people think their past defines who they are as a person and their future, but it does not. Just because you had a rough upbringing does not make you a bad person; how you decide to handle it and who you decide to become will determine that. I found my drive to become a successful, young woman because of my childhood. I have so much determination from my upbringing and it made me who I am, but it does not define who I am as a person or the future that is yet to come.
